All Levels Welcome Experience the powerful combination of conscious breathing and sound healing in a class designed to ground your energy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with your body. This begins with guided breathwork to release stress, activate awareness, and bring you into the present moment. Once the body is open and receptive, you’ll be guided into a sound bath experience featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments. The vibrations support your body in reaching a deep state of rest, promoting emotional release, inner balance, and nervous system regulation. This class is perfect for those who feel overstimulated, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want a gentle, accessible way to come home to themselves.

☯️ Welcome & Intention Setting: A brief grounding and overview of the breathwork technique for the day (will vary each session)
☯️ Guided Breathwork Practice: Learn and practice simple breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, increase awareness, and release stress.
☯️ Sound Bath Meditation: An immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more to restore and recalibrate.
☯️ Integration & Closing: Time to ground, journal if desired, and gently re-enter your day with renewed presence.
