I’m Jessica, a passionate advocate for mental health and holistic well-being 

As a trauma survivor myself, I dedicate my time to helping others overcome anxiety and trauma through the transformative power of sound healing and breathwork. My journey began after experiencing a life-altering event, driving myself to explore alternative therapies and self-care practices. Now, with six years of experience in various modalities, I believe in the body’s innate ability to restore balance and find rhythm. Through sound vibrations and Breathwork, I create a nurturing space for individuals to release emotional blockages.In addition to guiding others in their healing journey, I am involved with various mental health organizations, advocating to make alternative healing approaches available to more people within our community.  Seeking to continuously learn as much as I can and contribute to the healing arts is vital to walking in my purpose.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a vibrational, movement-free meditation. You will often leave feeling rested and relaxed. The sound of singing bowls produces binaural beats, which encourage brain waves that promote relaxation, moving you into beta and theta trance-like states. This process unblocks and redirects energy, often leaving you feeling more rested and rejuvenated.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork involves various techniques to intentionally change your breathing pattern. These practices can help reduce stress, increase energy, and release emotions. Whether you are seeking relaxation, enhanced focus, or emotional release, breathwork offers a path to a more balanced life.

I have participated in multiple guided sessions with Jessica and cannot say enough wonderful things about her skillful facilitation and transformative energy while guiding people through very personal work. As both a participant and an event organizer, I have watched her facilitate extremely meaningful experiences and reach even the most skeptical humans in the room.
